Newaddy.ai and AddyLife provide a global event discovery platform featuring an interactive 3D globe, AI-powered search, and curated event listings spanning sports, music, festivals, and culture. Event data is sourced from licensed third-party providers and is subject to change without notice.

All content, features, functionality, design, branding, and technology of the Services — including but not limited to the 3D globe interface, AI search system, data enrichment pipeline, and "Newaddy" and "AddyLife" marks — are the exclusive property of All Forward LLC and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, patent (including provisional application 64/126,496), and trade secret laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our express written consent.
Event listings are provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of event information including dates, venues, prices, or cancellations. Always verify event details directly with the event organizer or ticketing provider before making travel or purchase decisions.
Our Services contain links to third-party ticketing platforms and websites. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of those sites. Ticket purchases made through third-party links are governed by the terms of those platforms. We may earn affiliate commissions on purchases made through our links.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL FORWARD LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All Forward LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
